If you would like to rent a house in Visby close to the sea, Strandvillan is the perfect choice. Strandvillan is only 3 km from the city centre and everything that Visby has to offer. At the same time, its location is private and secluded, which means you can easily retreat into a beautiful and exclusive setting.

Strandvillan is approximately 270 m², and its guest house is approximately 25 m². The house has a view out over the sea, which is a mere stone’s throw away on the other side of the beach walk and a small road. The Gustavsvik sandy beach is only 100-150 metres away, and is a popular destination.

If your group is large, additional accommodation and conference rooms are available at the neighbouring Visby Gustavsvik facility. There is also space for football, beach volleyball, games and team building.

Strandvillan has free Wi-Fi. The board games and sound system are available for guests to use. A cot for babies is available upon request.

Ground Floor

Library and conference room with space for up to 12 seats. Large living room with a fireplace and view of the sea. Group of armchairs and sofa, as well as a TV that you can hook up to and use during meetings and presentations.

Functional and cosy kitchen with stairs leading out to the garden. Dining area and dining room for 10-15 people. All of the household utensils, glasses and chinaware are included.

Double room number 1: On the ground floor, there is a double room with a European grand king size continental bed (180 cm wide), WC and shower. The room is tastefully decorated in colours that give a comfy and relaxed sensation.

Upper floor

Beautiful living room with a sea view, open fireplace and practical pull-out bed for two to three people. Large TV that can also be used for meetings if required. Terrace with a sea view, furnished with sofas and sun loungers just waiting for you to relax and enjoy the magical sunset.

Double room number 2: Master bedroom with an enchanting view of the sea and a separate door leading out to a glorious terrace. The room has its own WC, shower and bathtub. Pleasantly decorated with cosy materials and comforting colours.

Double room number 3: Double room with a European grand king size continental bed (180 cm wide). Access to a shared WC and bathroom. A beautiful and serene room that is a perfect retreat.

Double room number 4: Attractive and cosy double room with two European single continental beds (90 cm each). Access to a shared WC and bathroom.

Single room: If you would like to have your own space, we have a cosy single room with a European single continental bed (90 cm). Access to a shared WC and bathroom.

Separate cottage

Double room number 5: There is a guest cottage in the garden with two rooms and a kitchenette. The cottage has a double room with a European grand king size continental bed (180 cm wide) and a sofa with a pull-out bed in the living room/kitchen area. It also has a TV, shower and WC. The guest cottage has a large veranda facing the sea and a magical view out over the water. It is the perfect place to enjoy warm summer evenings.

Cellar and outdoor facilities

Strandvillan’s cellar houses a sauna, WC, shower and laundry room.

Outdoors there is a ping pong-table with paddles, as well as a kubb set you can borrow. The grassy areas can accommodate several different activities such as Frisbee, yoga or croquet.
